VL_SIMPLENN_MOVE - Move a SimpleNN network between CPU and GPU.

NET = VL_SIMPLENN_MOVE(NET, 'gpu') moves the network to the current GPU device. NET = VL_SIMPLENN_MOVE(NET, 'cpu') moves the network to the CPU.
